Hard cheese 150 g
Bulb onions 1 pc
Vegetable oil 100 g

How to make chicken cutlets with cheese? Start preparing the cutlets by preparing the minced meat. To do this, cut the chicken fillet into thin strips and then crosswise into small cubes. The pieces should be very small. Thanks to this, the cutlets will be more tender.

Grind the cheese. To do this, grate it on a fine or medium grater and add to the chopped chicken fillet.

Peel the onion and chop finely. Add it to the common bowl.

Add a couple of tablespoons of starch and pour in kefir. Add salt and spices to taste. Depending on the cheese, you may need more or less salt, since the cheese can be quite salty. Take this into account when cooking.

Finely chop the dill and add to the bowl. Then mix everything well. Itʼs best to do this by hand. The mass should become more or less homogeneous. In this case, starch is the connecting link.

Heat the pan until hot. Pour in some vegetable oil. Form small patties with your hands and place them in the pan. It is most convenient to form cutlets with wet hands. To do this, wet them periodically with cold water. Fry the cutlets on both sides for a couple of minutes until golden brown.
