Ground black pepper to taste
Wheat flour 150 g
Water 100 ml
Beef 0.5 kg
Bulb onions 200 g
Vegetable oil 70 g
Pork 0.5 kg
White bread 150 g

Cut the meat into pieces and twist through a meat grinder.
