Basic:

Salt to taste
Ground black pepper to taste
Ground coriander to taste
Bulb onions 380 g
Pork 500 g
Paprika to taste
Tomato juice 500 ml
Curry to taste
Allspice to taste
Sumac to taste

To prepare barbecue, take the following products: pork, onions, tomato juice, salt, ground black and allspice, coriander, ground paprika, sumac.

For shish kebab we need small onions. Peel and cut into rings, not thin. Rinse the pork and dry it with a napkin. Cut into small portions.

Salt the pieces of meat and season with spices.

Place the pork in a deep bowl, alternating with the onions.

Pour tomato juice to cover the meat pieces. Leave to marinate for 3.5-4 hours.
