Ingredients (6 portions)

Basic:

Salt to taste
Ground black pepper 1 tsp
Cilantro, coriander 1 tsp
Bay leaf (ground 1 teaspoon) to taste
Bulb onions 4 pc
Paprika 1 tsp
Ground red pepper 1 tsp
Veal 1.5 kg
Soda 300 ml

For this recipe, use 1.5 kg of fresh veal for barbecue. And also for the marinade: 4 onions, 300 ml of sparkling water, ground peppers — black and red, bay leaf, paprika, coriander 1 teaspoon each. Salt to taste.

Cut the meat into portions. Choose the size as you wish. I like medium-sized pieces, so I cut them that way. Makes 6 skewers.

Season with chopped onion and salt to taste. Mix everything, squeezing the onion to release the juice. Let it stand for 10 minutes.

Lay out the spices and fill with sparkling water. Place in the refrigerator to marinate for 6-8 hours.

You light the wood and, while it is burning, string the kebab onto skewers.

Once the wood has burned out, place the kebab on the coals.

Fry for 15-20 minutes, turning the kebabs.
