Be guided by its quantity based on the consistency of the minced meat. The finished meat mass should be dense, mold well with your hands and keep its shape.

Line a baking tray with parchment. With wet hands, form small sausages. Place the prepared skewers in the center and press them into the middle. Place all the preparations on a baking sheet, at a short distance from each other. and place them in the oven, preheated to 200 degrees.

Cook them for about 10-15 minutes. Then open the oven and turn them over. The meat is already a little baked, so turning the lula over will not be difficult.
