We prepare all the ingredients for making barbecue at home. Shish kebab can be prepared from different parts of pork: shoulder, neck, tenderloin. Those who like juicy kebab are better off choosing pork neck, as it has fatty streaks that will prevent the meat from drying out. I prefer lean pork, so I chose pork shoulder.

Wash the pork meat thoroughly, dry it with paper towels and cut into small cubes. If the pieces of pork are large, then rotating in the electric skewer, they will burn, since they will be too close to the heating element.

Peel the onion and cut into small cubes. The onion is chopped finely so that during the quick process of marinating the kebab, the onion gives off its aroma.

Place pieces of meat in a bowl, add finely chopped onion, pour in vinegar, add mayonnaise and season with spices and salt. Mix everything with your hands and let the kebab marinate for 20 minutes.

After 20 minutes, turn on the electric skewer and let it warm up. At this time, thread the pieces of meat onto skewers. When the heating element is hot, place the skewers with meat in the electric kebab maker and close it with a casing. Then the meat cooks itself. The electric appliance will slowly turn the skewers itself, and the meat will be cooked evenly on all sides.
