Basic:

Chicken mince (or turkey) 500 g
Onion 1 pc
Garlic 2 clove
Tomatoes 3 pc
Salt to taste
Ground black pepper to taste
Rice (round grain) 100 g
Eggs 2 pc
Carrot 100 g
Vegetable oil 5 tbsp
bell pepper 1 pc
Greenery (dill, parsley, cilantro) to taste
Cabbage 100 g

How to make meatballs with rice in tomato sauce in a frying pan? Prepare the products according to the list. Twist the minced meat yourself or take ready-made cabbage, choose white cabbage. Take category C1 eggs or choose one large one, boil the rice in advance until half cooked. If you are preparing meatballs for a childrenʼs table, add minimal salt, and you donʼt have to use ground pepper at all.

First make tomato sauce, to do this, peel the onion and finely chop it with a knife or grate it.

Pour vegetable oil into a deep frying pan and heat it, then add chopped onion and simmer over low heat until transparent.

Wash and peel the carrots, grate on a fine grater.

Finely chop the washed and peeled fresh tomatoes with a knife or chop in a blender.

Add carrots and tomatoes to the onions, simmer for 5-7 minutes.

Peel and rinse bell peppers, then finely chop.
