Recipe instructions

Step 1

Step 1
How to make original holiday meat with strawberries? Very simple. To begin, prepare the necessary ingredients according to the list. For this dish, 2-3 pork loins on the bone are suitable. Pork neck cut into portions is also suitable. Any vegetable oil suitable for frying will do. You can add spices to your taste.

Step 2

Step 2
Wash the strawberries and remove the stems. Cut each berry into 4 parts. If the berries are small, you can leave them whole.

Step 3

Step 3
Place the strawberries in a bowl, pour over balsamic vinegar, sprinkle with sugar and leave for 15 minutes. You can replace balsamic vinegar with balsamic sauce.

Step 4

Step 4
Rinse the pork thoroughly and pat dry with paper towels. Salt and pepper the meat. If you have a whole piece of loin, you can cut it into 2 or 3 portions depending on the desired thickness.

Step 5

Step 5
Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over high heat. Add the pork and fry on both sides until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes on each side. This is necessary to seal all the juices inside the meat.

Step 6

Step 6
Transfer the pork to a parchment-lined baking sheet or baking dish and place in an oven preheated to 200°C for 10 minutes. The exact baking time depends on your oven and the thickness of the meat.

Step 7

Step 7
Remove the finished meat from the oven, cover with foil and leave for 5 minutes so that the juices inside the pork are evenly distributed.

Step 8

Step 8
Pour chicken broth into the pan in which the pork was fried and bring to a boil. You can replace chicken broth with vegetable broth.

Step 9

Step 9
Add the chopped strawberries and simmer the sauce over low heat for 1 minute. At the end, lightly salt and pepper the sauce if necessary.

Step 10

Step 10
Place the pork on a plate, pour over the strawberry sauce and serve. Bon appetit!
