Recipe instructions

Step 1

Step 1
How to fry pork in soy sauce in a frying pan? Very easy and simple! To begin, prepare the necessary ingredients according to the list. Pork needs no bones, just pulp. Choose a part of the carcass according to your taste. This could be a ham, shoulder, carbonate, neck, tenderloin, etc. I have a tender soft tenderloin.

Step 2

Step 2
Wash the pork and dry it. Cut into small thin pieces.

Step 3

Step 3
Peel the garlic and finely chop it or pass it through a press. You can replace fresh garlic with 1 tsp. dry garlic powder.

Step 4

Step 4
Heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Stirring, fry the meat for about 10 minutes until golden brown.

Step 5

Step 5
Pour soy sauce into the pan. Simmer the pork, stirring, for another 5 minutes over medium heat. The pork should be well saturated with sauce on all sides. Instead of regular soy sauce, you can add semi-sweet teriyaki sauce. Then the meat will have a slight sweet taste.

Step 6

Step 6
Add chopped garlic, paprika, suneli hops and a mixture of freshly ground peppers. Fry everything together, stirring, for another 2 minutes. Be careful when salting meat when using soy sauce. I usually donʼt salt dishes that already have soy sauce in them.

Step 7

Step 7
Sprinkle the finished pork in soy sauce with fresh herbs and serve with any side dish. Bon appetit!
