Sizzling Pork and Onion Skillet

An easy to prepare dish, very filling. Pork pieces in a frying pan with onions cook quite quickly. It is advisable to leave the meat to marinate for at least 15 minutes, then it will be softer. Onions go well with pork; they are chopped coarsely. Fried pork with onions can be served with baked or boiled potatoes, rice or millet.

Basic:

Salt to taste
Bulb onions 3 pc
Vegetable oil 1 tbsp
Pork 500 g
Dry spices to taste

Prepare all products.

Cut the pork into large pieces.

Place the meat in a bowl, add salt and spices. Stir and leave for 20 minutes.

Pour vegetable oil into a heated frying pan and add meat.

Cut the onion into half rings.

When the meat changes color, you can add onions.

Fry the meat and onions over low heat for 30 minutes. It needs to be stirred periodically.
