Basic:

Salt to taste
Breadcrumbs 100 g
Dry spices to taste
Mayonnaise 1 tbsp
Chicken eggs 1 pc
Soy sauce 2 tbsp
Shark steak 900 g

Prepare the necessary ingredients.

Rinse the shark, dry it and remove the skin. Sheʼs tough.

Cut the fish into portions. You can leave it as is, just remove the spinal bones.

Place the fish in a bowl.

Add mayonnaise.

Mix well and leave to marinate in the refrigerator (can be left overnight).

Break an egg into a bowl.
