How to make grilled salmon steak? Prepare your food. It is best to use fresh fish, not frozen. The thickness of the steak should be about 1.5 — 2 cm. If it is larger, the fish will not be cooked; if it is thinner, it will be dry. It is best to use coarse sea salt — it is most beneficial for the body. We only need lemon juice from the lemon, so you can use ready-made lemon juice. Or you can replace it with lime juice.
