Soft and spongy pancakes, quick and tasty! Pancakes with baking powder and milk powder turn out very tender and aromatic. Salt 0.5 tsp
Sugar 2 tbsp
Wheat flour 1.5 cup
Water 130 ml
Vegetable oil 2 tbsp
Baking powder 1 tsp
Chicken eggs 1 pc
Powdered milk 2 tbsp

For frying:

Vegetable oil 30 ml

How to make pancakes with baking powder and milk powder? Prepare all products. Heat the required amount of water immediately, or take it from the kettle.

To mix the ingredients you will need a deep bowl. Be sure to sift the wheat flour and pour about half of it into a bowl. Add milk powder and baking powder, mix. If slaked soda is added instead of baking powder, it can be added after the water.

Pour in sugar and salt, stir the bulk ingredients with a dry spoon. Sugar can be added to the dough to taste.

Pour warm water, stir the dough until smooth. It is very convenient to stir with a whisk to break up all the lumps. Cover the dough with a napkin and leave for 20 minutes.
