Vanilla Shortbread Delights

Homemade juices are much tastier than store-bought ones! Vanilla shortbread juicers are good with any hot drinks: tea, coffee. You can serve them with milk or kefir. Delicious!

Ingredients (8 portions)

Dough:

Wheat flour 210 g
Butter 100 g
Powdered sugar 50 g
Eggs 1 pc
Baking powder 0.2 tsp
Salt to taste
Vanilla to taste

Filling:

Wheat flour 30 g
Cottage cheese 200 g
Sugar 40 g
Sour cream 20 g
Egg yolks 0.5 pc

Lubrication:

Egg yolks 0.5 pc
Water 1 tbsp

Filling.

Grind the cottage cheese with sugar, sour cream and yolk.

Add sifted flour, vanilla to taste and stir until smooth. You can replace vanilla with vanilla on the tip of a sharp thin knife.

Dough.

Add egg, powdered sugar and salt to soft butter.

Beat with a mixer until smooth.

Sift flour with baking powder.

Mix in the butter little by little. Knead the dough.

Divide the dough into 6 equal parts.

Sprinkle the table with flour and roll out each piece of dough into an oval.

Place filling on half of each oval. Cover with the other half of the dough, but not completely. The filling should peek out.

Lubrication. Combine half the yolk with warm water and mix. Place the juices on a parchment-lined and greased baking sheet. Brush them with yolk and water.

Bake in an oven preheated to 190°C for about 20 minutes.
