Crispy Onion Flatbreads with Flour and Water

A simple dough (flour and water) can make something so delicious, mmm. If you only have flour, water, onions and a little vegetable oil left at home, you can not only survive on this and not die of hunger, but also have a very tasty and satisfying meal. Basic:

Onion (raw) 2 pc
Salt 1 tsp
Wheat flour (+1 glass for kneading and rolling out flatbreads) 2.5 cup
Water 1 cup
Vegetable oil (for frying and greasing) 6 tsp

Water, salt and flour — mix it all and knead the dough.

The dough should be tight. Let it rest for an hour, then it becomes homogeneous and elastic.

Letʼs start filling. We cut the onion into half rings, you can also cut it in half.

Divide the dough into parts.

Roll each one into a layer 3-5 mm thick.

Grease the layer with vegetable oil and lay out our onions, lightly sprinkle with salt. Roll it up and pinch the edges.

Using a knife, cut the dough into pieces each 3 cm wide.
