Dough:

Butter 100 g
Wheat flour 1.5 cup
Egg yolks 1 pc
Sour cream 100 ml
Salt 0.5 tsp
Vegetable oil 1 tbsp

Filling:

Walnuts 100 g
Egg whites 1 pc
Sugar 3 tbsp
Cardamom 0.25 tsp

Prepare all products.

Sift the flour into a bowl and cut the cold butter. Grind the ingredients into crumbs using a fork.

Divide the egg into yolk and white. Add yolk and salt to the dough, mix.

Add sour cream and knead the dough.

Place the dough in the refrigerator for 1 hour.

Grind the walnuts in a blender.

Add sugar and cardamom, mix.

Pour in the egg white and stir the filling until smooth.

Roll out the dough to a thickness of 3-4 mm and cut into triangles. Place the filling on the edge.
