How to make cottage cheese casserole in the oven for a child? Prepare your food. Choose high-quality, natural cottage cheese, without vegetable fats. It is better if it is soft and pasty rather than crumbly. Any fat content is suitable, but the higher it is, the tastier the casserole will be. Take butter that meets GOST standards. Remove the butter from the refrigerator in advance; it should become soft.

Place the cottage cheese in a large bowl. If the cottage cheese is dry and lumpy, then rub it through a sieve or punch it with a blender. Add soft butter to the cottage cheese. I didn’t have time to take it out in advance, so I put the butter in the microwave for a while, without letting it melt completely. Add sugar, salt and vanillin. Beat in the eggs. Be sure to wash eggs before cooking; their shells may contain harmful microbes. Beat the products with a mixer.

If the mass turns out to be too thick, then pour a little milk into it, a couple of tablespoons. Alternatively, you can add sour cream or natural yogurt. Pour semolina into the curd base. And beat it again with a mixer, but at low speed.

Take a suitable baking dish. Any heat-resistant pan will work for this recipe. If you use a silicone mold, there is no need to coat it with butter or margarine. But it is better to lightly grease metal, ceramic or glass dishes with oil so that the baked goods do not burn. I greased it with cream. My mold measures 31*17 cm, but I prepared 2 servings. Pour the curd mixture into the mold and smooth the top with a spatula.

Bake the casserole in the oven, preheated to 180°C for 35-55 minutes, depending on the size of the pan and the features of the oven. She should turn rosy. Remove the finished casserole from the oven and cool slightly.
