Ingredients (8 portions)

Basic:

Sugar 130 g
Butter 30 g
Vanillin 8 g
Eggs 5 pc
Sour cream 100 g
Starch (With a slide) 2 tbsp
Cottage cheese (5%) 500 g
Semolina 1 tbsp

Separate the whites from the yolks, beat the whites until foamy, gradually adding sugar.

Pass the cottage cheese through a sieve

Add yolks, starch (2 heaped tablespoons, semolina, sour cream and vanillin) to the cottage cheese. Beat everything well with a mixer or blender.

Add the whites to the curd mass, do not beat, mix using a spoon in a circular motion.

Grease the multicooker bowl with butter.

Little by little spoon the resulting mass into the multicooker bowl. Set the mode to baking. After finishing cooking, turn off the multicooker, but do not open the lid, let the baked goods sit for 40-50 minutes.
