First of all, prepare the necessary ingredients for preparing a popular dish of Russian, Ukrainian and Belarusian cuisine from cottage cheese with the addition of eggs and flour.

To prepare the liquid base, take a deep bowl and crack one chicken egg into it, then add one quarter teaspoon of salt, half a teaspoon of vanilla sugar, four tablespoons of sugar into it and grind all the ingredients until smooth.
