Elegant Snow-White Curd Cake with Delicate Coconut Cream

Snow-white curd cake with delicious cream. This elegant delicacy is perfect for any celebration, especially the upcoming New Year. The cakes are soaked in the most delicate cream; the outside of the cake is decorated with coconut shavings, which gives the cake additional flavor notes. If you don’t have such shavings, you can replace them with sprinkles that will remain after cutting the cakes — this will also look very good, attractive and organic. The cake turns out elegant and tastes simply unforgettable.
