Wheat flour 800 g

How to make pizza with pickles, sausages and sausage? First, prepare the yeast dough. Beat eggs with sugar and salt, add warm water (35-40 degrees), mix. Sift the flour, add dry yeast into it. The yeast must be mixed with the flour so that it does not touch the liquid. Knead the dough; it will be sticky. Add vegetable oil and knead. The dough will become less sticky.

Keep in mind that you may need more or less flour, rely on the consistency of the dough. Form the dough into a ball, cover it with a napkin and let it stand in a warm place for an hour until it rises. This amount of dough is enough for three full pizzas. Roll out the dough thinly to a diameter 2 cm larger than the pizza pan.

Cut the sausages lengthwise into 2 parts.

Place the sausages around the edges as shown in the photo.

Apply mayonnaise and ketchup to the middle of the pizza.

Spread the sauce evenly over the dough using a silicone brush.

Next, spread the grated cheese. We choose cheese of good quality and high fat content, so that when melted it stretches appetizingly — this is the trick of any pizza.

Cut the dough that hangs from the pan into strips and place them overlapping on the sausages.
