Recipe instructions

Step 1

Step 1
How to make yeast pizza with milk in the oven? Prepare the ingredients for the dough. Take the highest grade flour. Any vegetable oil will do. I have olive. Before purchasing yeast, read the instructions. We need yeast that mixes immediately with the flour. Read about the types of yeast and how to replace them in recipes in the article below the steps. This dough is also suitable for making pies and pies.

Step 2

Step 2
Sift the flour into a bowl. Add salt and dry yeast.

Step 3

Step 3
Pour in warm milk heated to a temperature of 37-40℃ and mix the dough. While kneading, add olive oil. Knead into a homogeneous, soft, non-sticky dough, adding remaining flour if necessary.

Step 4

Step 4
Depending on the quality of flour, you may need a little more or a little less. You can read more about flour and its properties in a separate article, link at the end of the recipe. If the dough is still sticky and you need even more flour than the recipe calls for, it is better not to overfill the dough with flour, otherwise the finished dough will be too dense and tasteless. Let it remain slightly sticky. The stickiness will go away as the dough rises and rolls out.

Step 5

Step 5
Cover the bowl with a towel and leave the dough to rise in a warm place for 1 hour. I put it in a slightly warm oven. The dough rises very well in it. About half an hour before cooking, turn on the oven at 210 degrees.

Step 6

Step 6
For the sauce, I used ready-made store-bought tomato pizza sauce. If you wish, you can make this sauce yourself: blend peeled tomatoes with salt, pepper and oregano in a blender. You can use any filling you like. I made it with sausage, tomatoes and mozzarella. Take any sausage you like. You can cut it into thin slices yourself or take ready-made slices.

Step 7

Step 7
Wash the tomatoes and cut into slices.

Step 8

Step 8
Cut the cheese into thin slices or grate it on a coarse grater. For this recipe, you can use brine mozzarella or pizza mozzarella, or any cheese of your choice that melts well. How to replace different types of cheeses, read the article at the end of the recipe.

Step 9

Step 9
Roll out the risen dough and distribute it into a pizza pan (Ø 25-30 cm). I rolled out the dough on parchment paper and transferred it to a baking sheet. Read about how to choose a baking dish in a separate article at the link at the end of the recipe. Brush the top of the dough with tomato sauce and sprinkle with dried oregano.

Step 10

Step 10
Scatter the tomatoes, sausage and mozzarella over the sauce. I also lightly sprinkled the filling with grated cheese.

Step 11

Step 11
Place the pizza in an oven preheated to 210°C and bake for 10-15 minutes until done. Time and temperature are approximate, be guided by the operating characteristics of your equipment. Read about ovens in the article below the steps.

Step 12

Step 12
Cut the finished pizza into pieces and serve immediately. Bon appetit!
