Basic:

Ground black pepper to taste
Wheat flour 200 g
Green onions 50 g
Vegetable oil (without smell) 2 tbsp
Dill 5 g
Chicken eggs (large) 2 pc
Turmeric 0.5 tsp
Soda 0.5 tsp
Kefir 200 ml

How to make green onion pancakes? Prepare your food. You can take kefir of any fat content. The less fatty the kefir, the more flour you will need. Wash the eggs in warm water with a suitable detergent and dry.

It is advisable to remove the kefir from the refrigerator in advance so that it warms up to room temperature. Pour kefir into a deep bowl, add soda and stir with a whisk. The mass will immediately bubble and increase in volume.

Beat the eggs into a bowl. Add salt, pepper and turmeric. You can use any spices to your taste, or you can not add them at all. Mix the mixture well with a whisk.

It is better to use the highest grade flour, so the products will turn out fluffier. Sift it into a bowl. This way the flour will be saturated with oxygen. You may need more or less flour, use consistency as a guide.
