Basic:

Garlic to taste
Salt to taste
Wheat flour 1 cup
Broccoli 200 g
Parmesan 100 g
Chicken eggs 3 pc
Sunflower oil (for frying) 15 g
Soda 1 tsp
Allspice to taste
Kefir 1 cup

Boil broccoli in salted water for 5 minutes, remove — dry — mash with a potato press

Beat eggs with a pinch of salt, add kefir, then slaked soda or baking powder, then immediately flour and mix. Add chopped broccoli, grated Parmesan and spices to the dough.

Fry in a hot frying pan.

Serve with sour cream and herbs.
