Egg yolks 1 pc
Vegetable oil 1 tsp

Recipe instructions

Step 1

Step 1
Letʼs start preparing our wonderful dish by slightly heating the milk (so that it becomes lukewarm), adding yeast and sugar. Leave to rise in a warm place for 15 minutes.

Step 2

Step 2
At this time, melt the butter, add 1 yolk to it, mix. Next, add a little salt, wheat flour, milk with suitable yeast, mix thoroughly again and knead the dough. Take a small bowl, grease the walls and bottom with sunflower oil, transfer the dough into it and leave for 1.5 hours.

Step 3

Step 3
Next, add cinnamon and sugar to the melted butter. When the dough has risen, roll it out into a layer no thicker than 1 cm. Grease 2/3 of the mixture of butter, cinnamon and sugar.

Step 4

Step 4
Letʼs roll it up. Then turn it seam side down and press lightly to make the roll a little flatter.

Step 5

Step 5
Stepping back 2 cm from the edge of the roll, cut it lengthwise.

Step 6

Step 6
The resulting ends must be intertwined.

Step 7

Step 7
Now we roll our “braid” into a circle and grease it with the remaining mixture of butter, cinnamon and sugar. Place the resulting product in an oven preheated to 200 degrees for 20-25 minutes.

Step 8
We enjoy the result!
