How to make lush brushwood with kefir in a frying pan? Prepare the products according to the list. You can choose kefir of any fat content, I took 2.5 percent. You can use baking powder instead of baking soda. If desired, you can omit the vanilla sugar, or use vanillin. Remove the eggs and kefir from the refrigerator in advance so that they come to room temperature.
