Cheese-Filled Khachapuri: A Georgian Delight

Delicious cheese scones — so much cheese! Nutritious and delicious! Tasty. In general, Khachapuri is the pride of Georgian cuisine. Each chef has his own special recipe for preparing this food. Khachapuri — translated from Georgian "khacho" is cottage cheese or cheese, and "puri" is bread, or, more simply, flatbread with cheese. It can be made from any dough: puff pastry, unleavened or yeast, and also given any shape — circle, square or triangle, you can make it open or closed, it all depends on your taste. It is better to use fresh cheese for the filling, but you can make khachapuri from feta cheese or cottage cheese.
