Ingredients (12 portions)

Biscuit:

Wheat flour 2 cup
Sugar 2 cup
Eggs 8 pc
Soda 1.5 tsp
Vanilla sugar 50 g

Filling:

Cream 600 g
Condensed milk 1 jar
Syrup 200 ml

Decor:

Condensed milk 1 jar
Butter 200 g
Mastic g
Food coloring 2 g

Knead the biscuit dough, bake the biscuits in three forms as in the photo. Let the biscuits cool and cut each one lengthwise into two pieces.

While the biscuits are cooling, beat the buttercream for the filling. Cover the mold with cling film and assemble the cake into the mold.

Place the cake on a stand and let it soak.

In the meantime, prepare butter cream for the mastic, coat the cake with it and smooth it out well.

Roll out a large pancake of red mastic and cover the cake with it. Flatten and trim off excess edge.

Roll out a pancake for the face from white mastic and glue it in place. Trim off excess.

Cut out eyes from white mastic and an outline from black mastic. Put everything in its place.

Make a beak out of yellow fondant and attach it with a toothpick.

Also outline the beak with a contour of black mastic.

Cut out nostrils from white fondant and glue them to the beak.

Cut out and glue the eyebrows and pupils of the bird.

Sculpt and glue a red comb and a black tail.

Roll out and cut a long strip of fondant and place it around the perimeter of the cake. Smooth out well.

Using a pastry press for mastic or any convenient method, make a border at the base of the cake. The cake is ready, serve and enjoy the holiday!
