Butter 140 g
Wheat flour 100 g
Cocoa 3 tbsp
Flour 150 g
Oranges 1 pc
Beet 1 pc
Walnuts 50 g
Chicken eggs 2 pc
Vanilla sugar 0.5 tsp
Salt to taste
Baking powder 1 tsp

For fondant:

Sugar 100 g
Butter 100 g
Cocoa 3 tbsp
Cream 100 ml

Prepare the necessary ingredients for making the cake.

Place butter at room temperature in a bowl, add sugar, vanilla sugar, and lightly whisk.

Add chicken eggs, add pastry flour, flour, baking powder, cocoa. Mix everything.

Add grated beets on a fine grater and juice with orange pulp to the resulting mass. Mix everything well until a homogeneous mass is obtained.
