Ground black pepper to taste
Wheat flour (or a little more) 3 tbsp
Milk 100 ml
Eggs 1 pc
Vegetable oil (for frying) 100 ml
Dry spices (seasoning for fish) to taste
Pangasius (fillet) 400 g
Lemons 0.5 pc
Garlic powder to taste

How to fry pangasius in batter? First, remove the fish from the freezer and prepare all other ingredients.

Thaw the fish fillets at room temperature, pat the fish with paper towels to remove excess moisture.

Cut the pangasius into portions, about 3-4 centimeters wide.

Sprinkle each piece with salt, ground black or allspice, and fish seasoning. Sprinkle with freshly squeezed lemon juice.

Turn the pieces over and do the same for the other side. Leave the pangasius to marinate for 10-20 minutes.
