Basic:

Olive oil 25 ml
Salt 6 g
Wheat flour 200 g
Water 120 ml
Greenery (Parsley, dill, cilantro, sorrel, basil, whatever you find.) 150 g
Brynza 200 g

Sift flour into a bowl, add salt, olive oil, water. Knead a fairly soft dough and shape it into a ball.
