Wheat flour 120 g
Milk 1 cup
Raisin 2 tbsp
Vegetable oil 0.5 cup
Baking powder 10 g
Semolina 1 cup

Mix semolina, sugar and salt.

While stirring, pour in the milk.

Add vegetable oil, stir until the oil is completely mixed with semolina and milk. Leave the future dough for an hour so that the semolina swells.

Turn the oven on 180 degrees. Prepare a baking dish, baking sheet. Add sifted flour with baking powder to the dough. Stir.
