How to make buckwheat bread? Prepare your food. Boil buckwheat in advance, or take the rest after dinner. How to cook buckwheat? Rinse the cereal thoroughly, changing the water several times. Place in a saucepan, fill with clean water in a ratio of 1:2 and place on low heat. After the water boils, add salt and reduce heat. Cook the buckwheat over low heat for about 20 minutes. At the end of cooking, all the water should be absorbed into the cereal. Cool the finished porridge.

First of all, prepare the dough. How to make a dough? Heat the milk in a saucepan over low heat until warm. Pour it into the bowl in which you will knead the dough. Immediately pour dry yeast into warm milk and stir. If desired, dry yeast can be replaced with compressed yeast.

Add a couple of tablespoons of whole wheat flour. Stir until smooth; there should be no lumps in the total mass. Leave in a warm place for 15 minutes. The dough should bubble and increase in volume.

Wash the chicken egg and dry it with a napkin. Break it into a separate bowl and beat lightly with a fork. Pour the egg into the dough.

Next, pour the remaining whole wheat flour into the bowl and knead into a thick dough. Leave it to rise in a warm place for 1 hour.
