Vegetable oil 5 tbsp

Dough:

Milk 600 g
Chicken eggs 4 pc
Margarine 100 g
Water 300 ml
Dry yeast 7 g
Vanillin 1 tsp
Salt 1 dessert spoon
Sugar 1 cup
Wheat flour 2000 g

Filling:

Raisin 150 g
Poppy food 50 g

Prepare all the necessary products in advance.

At the beginning of preparation, ferment the dough in the usual way. With milk diluted with warm water. Dissolve dry yeast, add sugar and flour. Stir until the consistency of sour cream and set until well combined.

Melt the margarine over low heat.

Beat eggs with sugar.

When the dough is ready, take a larger container. I always use an enamel bucket. Pour in milk, water, vegetable oil, melted margarine and yeast. Donʼt forget about salt and vanillin. Gradually adding flour, knead a dough that is not very tight, but not liquid either. Let me come up well. Preferably twice.

While the dough is rising, sort out the raisins. You need to remove the stalks and rinse well. It is advisable to dry it on a towel.

Divide the finished dough into the pieces you need and make buns filled with raisins and poppy seeds. You can make separate buns with poppy seeds and raisins. They will be no less tasty. Sculpt in any way you like.

Place the products on a greased baking sheet and let rise a little. Then brush with beaten egg with a pinch of sugar and bake in the oven preheated to 180°C — 190°C. Bake for approximately 20 — 30 minutes. Until lightly browned. Test readiness with a splinter.
