A lighter version of the cake made from thin pancakes without flour. The filling can be made from any berries. The pancakes turn out very tender, tasty, elastic and do not tear. Incredibly tasty and simple!

Kefir 0.5 l

For filling:

Powdered sugar 100 g
Cherry 200 g

For frying:

Vegetable oil 2 tbsp

For watering:
