Recipe instructions

Step 1

Step 1
Letʼs prepare the ingredients. All ingredients stored in the refrigerator for making yeast dough should be at room temperature.

Step 2

Step 2
Pour vegetable oil and milk heated to 30 degrees into the multicooker bowl (you can heat it in the microwave for 15 seconds at medium power). Beat in a chicken egg. We pre-sift the wheat flour; it is better to do this several times in order to saturate the flour with oxygen and make it more airy. Pour dry yeast on top and place it in the center of the flour. Add sugar and salt, lay them in different directions.

Step 3

Step 3
We turn on the “dough” program for an hour and a half. When the dough is kneaded, periodically check the condition of the dough; you may need to add flour. Because the density of flour varies among manufacturers, and more may be required. The dough should come together into a tight ball. Leave the dough for the specified time, it should rise well.

Step 4

Step 4
Leave the butter at room temperature; it should be softened, but not melted. When the dough is ready, we begin to form the buns.

Step 5

Step 5
On a floured surface, roll out the dough into a layer at least 0.5 centimeters thick. Grease the dough with softened butter.

Step 6

Step 6
Sprinkle ground cinnamon and sugar on top.

Step 7

Step 7
Roll the dough into a roll, gently pressing down the edge and ends of the roll. Cut the roll into pieces about 3 centimeters wide. We secure one end a little so that the filling does not leak onto the baking sheet during baking.

Step 8

Step 8
Place the roll pieces with the closed cut side down on a greased baking sheet. Let the buns stand at room temperature for a slight rise. Brush them with a beaten chicken egg on top and place them in an oven preheated to 180 for 25 minutes.

Step 9

Step 9
Take out the golden brown buns and serve with tea, cocoa, coffee or milk. Bon appetit!
