Salt to taste
Sugar 2 tbsp
Wheat flour 500 g
Butter 70 g
Milk 170 ml
Chicken eggs 2 pc
Yeast 2 tsp

For filling:

Sugar 1.5 tbsp
Cottage cheese 250 g
Semolina 1 tbsp
Vanilla sugar 0.5 tsp
Jam 4 tbsp

For powder:

Sugar 1 tbsp
Wheat flour 3 tbsp
Butter 10 g

Prepare all the necessary ingredients.

Add chicken eggs, sugar, vanilla sugar into a bowl, pour in warm milk, softened butter, add flour, yeast in portions, flour again, a pinch of salt.

Place the bowl in the kneading machine. Prepare the dough.

Place the finished dough into a pan greased with butter. Cover and place in a warm place to rise the dough.

While the dough is resting, prepare the filling and sprinkles. For the filling: grind the cottage cheese through a sieve, add sugar, vanilla sugar and semolina. Mix everything so that there are no lumps.

For the topping: mix flour, sugar and butter in a bowl.
