Basic:

Cereals 12 tbsp
bitter chocolate 10 g
Bananas 2 pc
Honey 4 tbsp
Sour cream (20%) 150 g
Vegetable oil 10 g
Powdered sugar 3 tsp
Syrup (strawberry or any to taste) 50 ml
Fruits (canned) 150 g

How to make a fruit basket oatmeal dessert? Peel the bananas, cut into small pieces, place in a bowl and crush them with a fork until pureed.

Add oatmeal to bananas. It is better to choose instant oatmeal (grade No. 3). Such flakes have the finest structure, so they are suitable even for children and people with sensitive stomachs and gastrointestinal diseases. Baskets made from such flakes turn out to be very tender and soft.

Add liquid honey, it is better to add flower honey. It is better to avoid dark varieties of honey (buckwheat, heather, chestnut and others), as these types of honey have a rich taste with a spicy bitterness.

Mix all ingredients in a bowl thoroughly until smooth.

Next you need to prepare the molds. You can use silicone baking molds or Teflon ones. If the molds are Teflon, then they must be greased with vegetable oil using a pastry brush.

Place the honey-oat mixture into each mold and use a teaspoon to form baskets, forming the bottom and sides. Place the baskets in an oven preheated to 180°C and bake them for 20 minutes.

Prepare the sour cream filling: place the sour cream in a bowl, add powdered sugar and mix well. Sour cream can be replaced with natural yogurt with a lower fat content.

After the time has passed, remove the Teflon molds with the baked baskets from the oven and cool them. Carefully release the cooled baskets from the molds. Fill the baskets with sour cream filling.

Place canned fruits on top of the sour cream filling (I have a tropical cocktail), pour over berry syrup and sprinkle with finely grated dark chocolate.
