Easy Kefir and Butter Flatbreads – No Yeast Needed

Simple and delicious flatbreads are a great addition to any meal. If you have some free time and kefir, be sure to try these wonderful flatbreads — they will be an excellent addition to the first course, the basis for any filling, or serve as a snack! They are very convenient to prepare for breakfast, take with you on nature trips, and preparing them is not difficult!

Ingredients (10 portions)

Basic:

Salt 0.5 tsp
Sugar 1 tsp
Wheat flour 2 cup
Butter (or margarine) 100 g
Eggs 1 pc
Parsley (optional, or any other greens) 10 g
Vegetable oil (for frying) 2 tbsp
Soda 0.5 tsp
Kefir 1 cup

Beat the egg a little

We chop the greens, add them as desired, you can successfully do without them

Roll each part into a thin cake

Using a rolling pin, transfer to a frying pan with a small amount of vegetable oil. If you have a frying pan with a good non-stick coating, then you can successfully do without oil
