A quick, tasty and healthy breakfast in 15 minutes. I really love cottage cheese in all its forms. Today I want to offer a recipe for preparing a cottage cheese treat for tea in 15 minutes in a frying pan. Soft, airy, tender, with a crispy crust, the curd bars fly off the table in one sitting.

Ingredients (6 portions)

Basic:

Salt 0.3 tsp
Sugar 2 tbsp
Wheat flour 250 g
Eggs 1 pc
Sour cream 1 tbsp
Vegetable oil 5 tbsp
Baking powder 1 tsp
Cottage cheese 350 g
Vanilla sugar 10 g

Recipe instructions

Step 1

Step 1
Prepare all the ingredients necessary for making curd bars. You can take cottage cheese and sour cream of any fat content. The fattier the cottage cheese and sour cream, the denser the bars will be.

Step 2

Step 2
Mix cottage cheese, sour cream, egg, sugar, vanilla sugar and salt in a bowl. It is better to mix all the ingredients for preparing this delicacy with a fork rather than with a mixer, it turns out much tastier.

Step 3

Step 3
Mix flour with baking powder, sift into the curd mass and knead into a dough that does not stick to your hands. Depending on the quality of the flour, you may need more or less than the amount indicated in the ingredients. From the finished dough, with hands dipped in water, form bars.

Step 4

Step 4
Heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan and add the curd bars, frying them on both sides until golden brown. Place the finished curd delicacy on paper towels or napkins to absorb excess fat, and transfer it to the dish on which we will serve it. Sprinkle sugar or powdered sugar on top and serve.

Step 5

Step 5
It’s very tasty with milk, coffee, tea, my family enjoys it with sour cream. The delicacy is prepared very quickly and is suitable for a full breakfast. The cottage cheese treat for tea is ready in 15 minutes! Bon appetit!
