How to make a cake with walnuts and boiled condensed milk? Prepare all the necessary ingredients. Take premium flour, sift through a sieve or using a special mug to remove possible lumps, debris and saturate the flour with oxygen. Eggs use category C1.

Combine milk and butter in a small saucepan and place on heat. Bring the mixture to a boil. Leave on low heat until the butter has completely melted.

In a separate bowl, combine flour, cocoa, soda and vanillin, mix. Cocoa, just like flour, must be sifted through a sieve. Take the vanilla at the tip of a knife, as a larger amount can add bitterness to the finished baked goods. Instead of vanillin, you can use vanilla sugar — 1 tsp. Set the bowl aside for now, weʼll get back to it soon.

Take a deep bowl, beat the eggs into it, add sugar and beat them into a fluffy mass for 5-7 minutes. Next, alternately add the flour mixture and milk mixture to the beaten eggs. Gently mix everything into the dough using a whisk so that the dough does not lose its fluffiness. You may need less or more flour, focus on the required consistency.

The finished dough will have the consistency of thick sour cream. Take a baking dish (18 cm), line it with baking paper, pour the dough into it and place in the oven, preheated to 180 degrees, for 45-60 minutes. The times are approximate, be guided by the operating characteristics of your oven.

The finished biscuit will spring back when pressed. Remove from the oven and cool completely after removing from the pan. Next, wrap it in cling film and put it in the refrigerator for several hours to rest. Before assembling the cake, cut the sponge cake into 3 layers.

How to make the filling? I cook condensed milk myself, but you can also buy ready-boiled condensed milk. Remove the butter from the refrigerator in advance so that it becomes soft.

Chop the walnuts a little with a knife and fry in a dry frying pan until a characteristic smell appears. Stir them constantly so they donʼt start to burn. Then pour them onto a plate and cool. Why pour it onto a plate? This is necessary so that they immediately stop frying. If you simply remove the pan from the heat and set it aside, they will continue to cook as the pan is still hot and may burn.
