Combine the flour and milk mixture and knead the dough. You can use a kitchen machine or make the dough by hand, but you need to knead it very well and for a long time.

Add soft butter in two stages, kneading the dough thoroughly after each. The finished dough should not stick to your hands too much. But a slight stickiness will still remain — this is normal.

Grease a deep bowl with oil, place the dough, cover with a towel and leave warm for 1 hour. During this time, the dough will increase approximately 3 times.
