Water 150 ml
Vegetable oil 1 tbsp
Ground beef 300 g

Kefir 150 ml

Pour one hundred and fifty grams of kefir at room temperature and one hundred and fifty grams of warm boiled water into a large bowl.

Add five hundred grams of flour to the bowl in parts and mix well with a whisk.
