Ingredients you will need: Flour and cocoa must be sifted well. The butter needs to be melted. The egg and sour cream should be at room temperature. Butter 82% fat. Sour cream 20% fat. Soda, salt, vanillin. Medium sized egg. Sugar to taste. I have 50 g, from 60 g it will also be very tasty.

I pour the dough into the mold. I level it. I have a ceramic mold with a volume of a little more than 700 ml. Any container about 500 ml will do. with high sides. But it must be designed for a microwave oven!!!

I cook for 4 minutes. The power of my microwave is 850 watts. There is no need to cover anything. It is also not advisable to open the microwave ahead of time. You can check readiness with a wooden stick.
