Any cheese 150 g

Greenery (dill, parsley, cilantro) 20 g

How to make potato casserole with onions? Prepare the necessary products. Take any cheese that can melt, choose greens to taste, I took cilantro.

Wash the potatoes well, peel and cut into thin rings.

Peel the onion and cut into rings or half rings.

Heat a couple of tablespoons of vegetable oil in a frying pan and fry the chopped potatoes in it until golden brown. Then fry the onion separately in the same way.

Place the fried onions and potatoes in layers in a baking dish, pre-greased with vegetable oil.

Beat the eggs with salt and pepper and mix with half the grated cheese.
