How to make casserole from minced fish? Wash the potatoes, peel them, cut them into large pieces, put them in a saucepan, cover with water and put on fire. Cook like puree, add salt to taste during cooking. Drain the finished potatoes and puree them. Add salt and ground black pepper to taste. Let the mashed potatoes cool slightly, beat in the egg and mix thoroughly.

You can use any fish according to your taste preferences; you can even buy ready-made minced fish in the store now, but it’s still better to make it yourself from fresh fish, it’s not difficult.
