Potato 1000 g
Sausages 6 pc
Hard cheese 150 g
Chicken eggs 3 pc
Pepper to taste
Salt to taste

How to make potato casserole with sausage and cheese? Prepare your food. Wash the potatoes, dry, peel, and rinse. Place in a saucepan with water and cook. Salt the water to taste.

Boil the potatoes until tender. Determine readiness with a sharp knife — it should pierce the potatoes freely. Then drain the water. Mash the potatoes with a masher, add ground pepper to taste. Leave the puree to cool slightly. Turn on the oven to preheat at 180 degrees.

Wash the eggs and dry them with napkins. Add raw eggs to the slightly cooled puree and mix well. Grate the cheese on a fine or medium grater. Cut the sausages into slices.
