Wheat flour 2 tbsp
Eggs 3 pc
Sour cream 100 g
Hard cheese 70 g
Zucchini 350 g
Bulb onions 1 pc
Vegetable oil 20 g
Dry spices to taste
Chicken fillet 500 g
Dijon mustard 1 tbsp

How to make zucchini casserole with chicken in the oven with cheese? Prepare the necessary ingredients for this. If the zucchini has a thick skin, it needs to be peeled.

In a separate bowl, mix sour cream and mustard. Add salt and spices. I use ground pepper and paprika as spices. Mix all ingredients.

Cut the chicken fillet into small pieces and mix with the sour cream marinade. Leave to stand for 15 minutes.

Grate the zucchini on a coarse grater. If a lot of liquid appears from it, it must be squeezed out. We donʼt need extra moisture.

Peel the onion and rinse in cold water. Finely chop the onion and fry with the addition of a small amount of vegetable oil. Fry the onion for 2-3 minutes until golden brown.
