How to make cottage cheese casserole without eggs in the oven? Prepare the necessary ingredients. Take small semolina, or from durum wheat. Cottage cheese is not greasy, viscous, but not too much. Choose the fat content of the cottage cheese according to your preferences; you can also use low-fat.

If the cottage cheese is dry and lumpy, it is better to punch it with a blender or rub through a sieve until smooth. In this form, the baked goods will be more uniform and tender.
