Baked Zucchini and Cottage Cheese Casserole

This unusual casserole is prepared in layers. Cottage cheese casserole with zucchini turns out very tender, with an appetizing golden brown crust. I was interested in the unusual combination — cottage cheese and zucchini, and I decided to try this “new product”. The result did not disappoint me at all. It turned out very tasty and juicy. Serve the casserole as a separate dish warm. If desired, you can flavor it with sour cream.
